For the 2024/2025 Academic Year, SWCSRF Scholarship funds will be disbursed per semester or term. To receive scholarship funds, it is the recipient’s responsibility to:

Send via mail or email a transcript to SWCSRF showing the classes you are currently enrolled in. You must be attending full time (at least 9 units per semester).
Mail or email your transcipt to SWCSRF
Transcript can be mailed directly to us at SWCSRF, PO Box 3045, Sausalito, CA 94966.
Or emailed to us at swcsrfInfo@gmail.com.Please make sure to let us know the following:

  • Your Name
  • Your current email and phone number
  • Whether you want the check written to you or to your school
  • The address where the check should be mailed

You must send this information each term. Funds will be sent upon receipt of your transcript – half during the first semester and half during the second semester. If you prefer you can wait until the second semester, provide a transcript showing both the first and second term and receive both payments at that time. You must send all information by March 1st, however. If we do not receive your information by March 1st, your scholarship funds will be forfeited.

All scholarships are paid by check and will be mailed to the address you provide.

Collect your scholarship funds by March 1st, 2024
You must send all the information listed above to SWCSRF by March 1st, 2022.
If we do not receive your information by March 1st, your scholarship funds will be forfeited.
